By using Landed, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.
Landed is a personal travel-organization app that lets you track flights, hotels, and other bookings in one place, with optional automatic detection of booking confirmations from a connected Gmail account.
Landed is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis: features may change, break, or be removed without notice, and you should not rely on it as your sole record of travel bookings — always keep your official confirmation emails and booking references from the airline, hotel, or other vendor.
You must be at least 13 to use Landed. You’re responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it.
You retain ownership of the trip and booking information you enter or that Landed detects on your behalf (“your content”). You grant Landed a limited license to store, process, and display your content back to you as part of providing the app. We don’t claim ownership of your content and don’t use it for any purpose other than operating the app for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You’re responsible for the accuracy of information you enter manually. Automatically-detected bookings are extracted by an AI model and may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete — always double-check auto-detected details against your original confirmation email before relying on them.
You agree not to:
Landed relies on third-party services (Google, for sign-in and Gmail access; Anthropic, for extracting booking details from email text; Supabase, for hosting) to function. Your use of Landed is also subject to those providers’ own terms where applicable. We aren’t responsible for outages or changes on their end that affect Landed.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account. We may also suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, or discontinue the service at any time.
Landed is provided “as is,” especially during private testing. We don’t warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that automatically-detected booking information will always be accurate. Landed is a convenience tool, not a substitute for your official travel documentation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Landed and its developer aren’t liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including missed flights, incorrect booking details, or data loss. Because Landed is provided free of charge, our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to $100.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are significant, we’ll update the “Last updated” date and make a reasonable effort to notify you, such as through an in-app notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
